Customer Reviews
Solid purchase, minor shipping delay
I bought the Xpece Fishing Drone with a bait release mechanism. The product itself is fantastic; very well-built and easy to operate for fishing. The value for the price was good, especially considering its capabilities. Shipping was a bit slower than I expected, took around 8 days to reach me in California, which felt a little long. Everything arrived securely packaged though, so no damage. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping status, but it would be better if the initial estimate was more accurate. Overall, a positive experience, just plan for a slightly longer wait for delivery.
Comprehensive kit, good support
I purchased the Chasing M2 Underwater ROV bundle, which included the robotic arm and an extra battery. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I appreciated the detailed product descriptions. Delivery took 6 days to my location in Florida, which was reasonable for a package of this size. Everything was well-packed and arrived in perfect condition. I had a quick question about calibrating the robotic arm, and I called their customer service. The representative was knowledgeable and walked me through the steps patiently. The ROV itself is incredibly robust and performs exceptionally well for inspections. The tether reel works smoothly, and the external LED lights are powerful. The multi-battery charging hub is a real time-saver. It's a significant investment, but the quality and support from Urban Drones made it worthwhile. I've used it multiple times now for submerged structure inspections, and it hasn't let me down.
Really liked my new drone
Got the QYSea FiFish V6 a couple weeks ago. It's pretty neat, honestly. Used it for some underwater shots around the lake and it performed great. Shipping was decent, took about a week to get here, which was fine. Setup was easy enough, didn't really have any trouble getting it going. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for an underwater drone that's not too complicated.
Good drone, fast delivery
I ordered a Chasing Dory. It shipped quickly and arrived in 3 days. The drone works as described. No issues with the purchase. Happy with my new underwater camera.

Thinking of grabbing one of those QYSea drones for some lake inspections. How long does shipping usually take? I'm in Seattle.
Hey, does anyone know if Urban Drones ever does actual coupon codes? Like, beyond the military or first responder stuff?
